3D Vision Terms and Conditions
All reasonable care will be taken to fulfil the wishes of the client, no financial responsibility over and above the sum of money received by 3D Vision is an amount to be claimed against in the event of malfunction or theft of equipment, media cards, etc.
The non-performance of 3D Vision due to accident, illness, death, etc does not constitute a breach of contract. 3D Vision is liable only to return a maximum of all money paid by the client.
Copyright of the audio and video tracks produced in this production remain the sole property of 3D Vision. Any unauthorised duplication of this production is an infringement of copyright. All fees including royalties and copyright fees are the responsibility of the client. A blanket license is paid to AMCOS by 3D Vision to use any commercial music in Wedding Productions only.
All Payments in relation to this video production, prior to it’s commencement are non refundable.
A full meal for each member of the crew must be provided if they are contracted to work throughout the evening.
3D Vision, while is entitled to use any part of this production for promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing and by both parties.
Any conditions that arise with the interfering with normal video procedures, i.e third party intervening, it is within camera persons discretion to cease work.
A non refundable booking fee of $700.00 must be paid to secure the date of the function at the agreed price. A further pre-wedding payment is due and must be paid 2 weeks before the function date leaving the the final balance to be no greater than $500. These payments are not negotiable.
Personal and business cheques are not accepted as final payment.
3D Vision will uphold the contracted price as per this agreement. All financial agreements and payments will be strictly enforced. Late payments are liable to a 10% penalty loading each 6 months overdue.
Productions will be completed as promptly as possible. Delayed completion does not constitute a breach of contract. Editing of wedding videos may take up to 16 weeks once music has been selected by the client and forwarded to 3D Vision for completion depending on seasonal demand.
Production must be collected and paid in full within four weeks of completion, or late payment penalties will be enforced.
The production content and quality is left entirely to 3D Vision unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3D Vision does not edit with the client unless agreed in writing. An hourly rate will apply.
Any changes to the completed production will be charged at an hourly rate.
Original / Raw camera masters are archived by 3D Vision for 2 months from completion date for any alterations. 3D Vision will not be held responsible for productions not collected within 12 months from the function date.
Excessive distances (outside of Melbourne metropolitan) will incur a surcharge at an agreed rate.
The standard coverage of a wedding includes starting at 10:00 am and ending at 12:00 am. Starting or ending earlier or later than these times will incur an additional charge at the agreed rate.
Any changes to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
A wedding date is secured with a $700.00 deposit and is held in good faith, in doing so 3D Vision passes up the opportunity to book any other potential clients for that date, therefore a deposit is not refundable and a credit not to the value of the original deposit payment will only be granted in the event of unforeseen circumstance.
